# Zapier

> Connect Famulor to Zapier and build workflows for contacts, calls, campaigns, and bookings.

Use Famulor triggers, searches, and actions in your Zaps. Open the invitation to add the integration to your Zapier account.

  Open the Famulor invitation in Zapier.
</Card>

## Requirements

A Famulor workspace with **API Access** and a workspace API key from **Settings → API & MCP**.

The key is shown only once. Keep it in the platform's private connection settings.

## Connect your workspace

1. Open the invitation above and add Famulor to your Zapier account.
2. Create a Zap and select **Famulor** as a trigger or action.
3. Add an account and paste the key for the workspace you want to connect.
4. Test the connection, choose the event, and map the fields.
5. Test each step, then publish the Zap.

## Workflow examples

| Goal | Zap |
| - | - |
| Log call outcomes | **Call Completed** → create or update a CRM record. |
| Import contacts | A new CRM contact → **Create Contact** in Famulor. |
| Find appointment times | A form submission → **Find Available Booking Slots** → send the result. |

<Note>
  Polling triggers check for new records at your Zapier plan's interval. Multi-step Zaps depend on your Zapier plan. Actions that start calls, send SMS, or run campaigns consume Famulor workspace credits.
</Note>

## API and CLI

The same call list is available through `GET /api/v1/calls` and the [Famulor CLI](/cli/overview):

```bash theme={null}
famulor auth login
famulor list-calls --limit 10 --output table
```

See the [API reference](/api-reference/introduction) for authentication, permissions, and additional operations.
