# Plans and add-ons

> Understand your plan, included capacity and available add-ons in Settings or with Milian.

Open **Settings → Plan** to review your current plan and available add-ons. You can also ask Milian about your included features, effective capacity and current offers.

The plan overview distinguishes included services, purchased optional add-ons and current offers. A customer workspace receives its provider’s retail offers. The provider’s own workspace uses the platform catalog.

* Capacity already includes all applied allowances and additional purchases. Do not add the purchase quantities again. A capacity displayed as unlimited has no numerical plan limit.
* Included services have zero additional price. The subscription summary shows the total price for each purchased quantity.
* Graduated tiers charge each quantity band at its own unit price. One purchased unit can represent a block, such as 1,000 contacts.
* A monthly tiered offer can include annual prices at twelve times the final monthly prices, as one annual add-on. An explicit annual offer takes precedence. Existing annual contracts keep their paid terms.
* The current plan price comes from its verified contract. If the current contract price cannot be verified, Milian will say it is unknown; this does not mean the plan is free.

Cancellation at the end of a period keeps access until that period ends. Payment problems can reduce current access even while a plan name remains visible. Current features and capacity describe the applied access.
