# Setting Up Call Forwarding

> Instructions for setting up call forwarding to your Famulor AI number

## Summary

This guide shows you how to automatically forward calls to your personal Famulor AI assistant. Your AI phone assistant answers calls 24/7 and sends you important information via email.

## Prerequisite

Make sure you already have an active Famulor account and have been assigned an AI phone number.

## Types of Call Forwarding

There are two ways you can set up call forwarding:

### 1. Unconditional Call Forwarding

All incoming calls are immediately forwarded to your AI assistant.

### 2. Conditional Call Forwarding

Calls are forwarded only if you are unreachable or reject the call.

## Setting Up Call Forwarding

### iOS (iPhone)

1. Open the **Settings app**
2. Tap **Phone**
3. Select **Call Forwarding**
4. Enable **Call Forwarding**
5. Enter your **Famulor AI number** under "Forward To"

### Android

1. Open the **Phone app**
2. Tap the three dots (⋮) for more options
3. Select **Settings**, then **Calls**
4. Tap **Call Forwarding**
5. Choose your preferred forwarding option
6. Enter your **Famulor AI number** and confirm

<Note>
  The exact steps may vary slightly depending on your Android version and device manufacturer.
</Note>

## Call Forwarding Codes

Alternatively, you can set up call forwarding using special dial codes. Use your assigned Famulor number as the target number:

### Activation:

* `**21*[Your Famulor Number]#` - Forward all calls
* `**67*[Your Famulor Number]#` - Forward when busy
* `**62*[Your Famulor Number]#` - Forward when unreachable
* `**61*[Your Famulor Number]*Seconds#` - Forward only after a specified wait time (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 seconds)

### Deactivation:

* `##21#` - Disable all forwarding
* `##67#` - Disable forwarding when busy
* `##62#` - Disable forwarding when unreachable
* `##61#` - Disable time-delayed forwarding

<Warning>
  For some mobile providers, call forwarding must be set up via the provider’s app or website.
