# Chat list

> View all AI chats in one place: conversations, messages, average duration, and extracted variables.

In **Chat list**, you can review your AI’s complete chat history — including all conversations that happened via the **Web Widget** or **WhatsApp**, for example.

## What you can see in the chat list

At the top, you’ll get a quick overview, such as:

* **All conversations**: Every conversation across your channels
* **Last 7 days**: Conversations from the past seven days
* **Messages**: The messages your AI sent
* **Average conversation duration**: How long chats take on average

Below that, you’ll find a list of your customer messages and conversations.

## Open a conversation

Click a conversation in the list to open the detail view.

## What you’ll find in conversation details

* **Message panel (right)**: Read through the full conversation.
* **Conversation details (left)**: See key metadata (e.g., channel, timestamps, duration).
* **Extracted variables**: If you enabled variables on your assistant, you can see which variables were extracted from the chat.
