Tenant Admin → Data Migration moves resources between two of your workspaces — for example when handing an agency-built setup to the final customer, consolidating two customer accounts, or correcting a resource that was created in the wrong workspace.
What you can move
Migration works at the workspace level: pick a source workspace and a target workspace (either can be your own reseller workspace), then select which resources to bring along:
- Assistants
- Phone numbers
- Knowledge bases
- Tools
- Web widgets
- Custom dashboards
- Automations
- Campaigns
- Prompt templates
Two options help pull in what a selected resource depends on: include linked knowledge bases (any knowledge base an assistant you selected uses) and include linked tools (any tool assigned to a selected assistant). Selecting an assistant does not automatically drag its dependencies along unless you turn these on.
Tenant Admin’s Data Migration is workspace-to-workspace only. A separate member-to-member (“ownership”) mode exists for Famulor’s own platform admins, but is not available to resellers.
Run a migration
Pick source and target
Search for the source workspace, then the target workspace. Both must belong to your reseller platform.
Select resources
Once a source is chosen, its candidates load — every eligible resource in that workspace, not filtered by owner. Check the ones to move.
Choose the target owner
Pick which member of the target workspace should own the moved resources.
Submit
Famulor moves the selected resources and records the run.
History and rollback
Every migration is recorded as a run, listed with who moved what, from which workspace, to which workspace, and when. Open a run to review exactly what it moved. A completed run can be rolled back from the same list, reversing the move.
API
Data Migration is a Tenant Admin dashboard action — there is no public REST or MCP equivalent. Automate onboarding or account handovers instead through the White Label API, or perform the move manually from the dashboard.
