Magicline Connect API

Let your assistant book trial sessions without a Magicline API key.

Set up your studio

Open Agent Tools → Marketplace → Magicline Connect API. For studio and course data, use the separate Magicline Open API connector.
Enter your Magicline Connect API URL, for example https://your-studio.api.magicline.com/connect/v1, and choose Load studios. Select a studio or All studios in this account. Ask your studio administrator for the address. Connect API must be enabled; trial bookings additionally require online trial sessions.
Choose Connect studio. Famulor checks the studio. Studio IDs are filled in automatically; manual entry is also available. No Magicline API key is required.
Assign the connection to your assistant. The five studio and trial session functions are selected automatically. Choose multiple studios to use the same five tools across them.

Choose Trainer preference: Studio default, With a trainer, or Without a trainer. The last option works only if the studio allows it. The preference applies to both availability searches and bookings. Enter the Connect API address and choose Load studios. Search by name or city, then choose one studio or All studios in this account. IDs are filled in automatically. The assistant uses a compact set of tools for the enabled studios and must confirm the location before every lookup or booking. A manual ID remains available if needed.

How booking works

First confirm the studio. The assistant reads that studio’s required fields and available times, collects the requested details, and asks the caller to confirm the appointment and sharing their details before booking. It announces success only after a successful booking response. Marketing consent is never assumed.

Trainers and availability

Magicline manages trainer availability through your studio’s configured resources. This connector books with or without a trainer only when the studio permits it. A specific trainer cannot be selected. Available times are not reservations; if a time fills up, the assistant loads fresh times and asks the caller to choose again.

If the result is unclear

A timeout does not prove that booking failed. Matching concurrent or repeated requests are protected against duplicate submissions. If the outcome is unknown, check with the studio before attempting another booking.

Automations

Connect Magicline Connect API under Automations → Connections, or import its Agent Tool connection. Use its requirements, slots and booking actions. Keep caller confirmation in your workflow before the booking action. Connect API does not provide course data through these tools.
