New โMake Phone Callโ action added that immediately dials a single number as soon as the API endpoint is called โ no campaign setup required. Perfect for one-time or time-critical calls, while campaigns remain the recommended solution for bulk call lists. You can find this action in the automation platform or API.
You can now add multiple backup contacts to each lead. If the primary contact doesnโt respond, calls are automatically forwarded to the next contact in the list. Add secondary contacts, reorder them or remove them from the lead details panel for smoother outreach and higher connection rates.
Customers who were using โOutbound SIP Proxy Serverโ for their outbound SIP trunk connections to come from a fixed IP can now switch to the new stable server that provides better connection and stability, as this feature was previously in beta. If you used this feature before the update, youโll see a button to migrate to the new server in the SIP trunk interface. Make sure to allow the new IP in your PBX/VoIP provider that you can find in the same SIP trunk interface dialog from the phone numbers page.
Assistants can now speak multiple languages in the same conversation by setting up โSecondary Languagesโ in the assistant settings in the first tab. You can switch languages mid-call based on customer needs and provide seamless multilingual support.
Embed assistants on websites with the Voice AI widget, similar to chatbots but with voice. You can fully customize the widget appearance from the assistant settings via the โWeb Widgetโ button: colors, texts, positions and more. Add the generated script tag snippet on any website page and youโre ready to go.

The long-awaited new engine has been deployed on the platform. It comes with improvements across the entire conversation from response times, more emotion, better understanding to improved interruption handling and natural feel.
Choose different filler audios based on customer response mood for even faster responses. Your AI assistant now adjusts its tone and speed based on customer emotions.
This feature is available in beta mode and you can test it from the assistant settings. It will soon be expanded as a widget that can be embedded on websites.
