Your AI voice agent can now transfer a live call to a different AI assistant mid-conversation, with zero interruption. The target assistant takes over with its own voice, language model, and transcription provider, so each step of the call gets the right specialist.

Instead of building one massive assistant that handles everything, you can create specialized agents for each stage of a call — a sales qualifier that hands off to a technical expert, a receptionist that routes to a scheduling specialist, or a triage agent that escalates to support.

Two new language models are available for your assistants:
  • GPT-5.4 Mini — faster responses at lower cost, ideal for simple call flows like appointment booking and FAQ handling.
  • GPT-5.4 Nano — the fastest option for high-volume, low-complexity calls where speed matters most.
Select them from the Language Model dropdown when configuring your assistant. Existing prompts and tools work without changes.

🔧 Flow builder improvements

  • New action types: Warm transfer, assistant transfer, DTMF input, and collect keypad are available as flow actions.
  • Smarter action dropdown: Shows which tools are configured on your assistant, with warnings for unconfigured ones.
  • Edge delete on hover: Remove connections between nodes by hovering over the edge and clicking delete.
  • Import/export: Save flows as files and import them into other assistants or accounts.
  • UI fixes: miscellaneous interface improvements.
