When to use it
Use it when your customers already reach you on LINE. One Famulor connection is one Official Account and one assistant. What the assistant hears
The assistant hears messages sent to the Official Account after the webhook is verified and Use webhook is on. Add the account as a friend from its QR code before you test.Where the keys come from
The linked provider guide shows the screens for these clicks. Follow the clicks below together with those pictures. The channel secret and the long-lived channel access token exist in the LINE console before you have the Famulor URL. Sign in at LINE Developers. The click path, with the console screens, is in Get started with the Messaging API and Build a bot. The webhook address must be HTTPS and use a public certificate.Create it at the provider
- Sign in at developers.line.biz/console.
- Create a provider, then a Messaging API channel.
- On Basic settings, copy the Channel secret.
- On the Messaging API tab, issue a long-lived Channel access token and copy it. A short-lived token expires and the assistant stops replying.
Connect it in Famulor
Your plan includes this channel. Open Settings → Channels, choose the card, name the connection, pick an assistant and save. The shared conversation settings — response delay (default 5 seconds) and inactivity timeout (default 30 minutes) — are described on the messaging channels page. On the LINE card paste Channel access token and Channel secret. Bot display name is optional. After saving, open the connection menu and choose Copy webhook URL. Paste that exact address into the provider. A verified custom domain is already part of the address Famulor shows.Point the provider at Famulor
- Copy the Famulor webhook URL.
- On the channel’s Messaging API tab, paste that URL into Webhook URL and choose Verify.
- Turn on Use webhook.
- Open the Official Account QR code, add it as a friend, and send a message. The chat appears in History.
History
Open History and filter by LINE. The thread, the assistant reply and any analysis appear there. You can pause the assistant and answer manually.API, MCP and command line
The same connection can be created with the public API, the MCP toolcreate_messaging_connector, or the command line. Replace the placeholders with your own values.
