In Campaigns, you can assign your assistant a job for outbound calls — essentially giving it a lead list to work through. This is where you create campaigns, control timing/concurrency, and manage the lead list.

Create a campaign

  1. Open Campaigns in the left navigation.
  2. Click New campaign (top right).
  3. Enter a campaign name.
  4. Set max parallel calls (up to 10).
  5. Select the assistant that should run outbound calls.
  6. Choose your timezone.
  7. Configure business hours and allowed days, so calls won’t happen late at night or on weekends.
  8. Configure retry attempts (for example, 3 retries with a 60-minute interval).
  9. Optional: Enable/disable rules like Retry on voicemail or Retry until objective is reached (can feel more aggressive).
  10. Enable Mark campaign as completed when no leads are left (recommended).
  11. Click Create.

What you’ll see afterwards

  • Progress: campaign status and progress
  • Total calls and answer rate: helpful metrics, especially for cold outreach
  • Phone number pool: import and rotate caller IDs so your AI can call from different numbers
  • Lead list: import/export leads or add them manually

Import leads via CSV

  1. Go to Leads and click Import leads (top right).
  2. Select the campaign you want to import into.
  3. Optional: Include secondary contacts / duplicates if multiple contacts should share the same phone number.
  4. Choose the correct phone number format (international/national) based on your CSV.
  5. Upload your CSV file.
  6. Review the column mapping and adjust if needed.
  7. Click Import now, then refresh the page so the newly imported leads appear.
