In Chat list, you can review your AI’s complete chat history — including all conversations that happened via the Web Widget or WhatsApp, for example.

What you can see in the chat list

At the top, you’ll get a quick overview, such as:
  • All conversations: Every conversation across your channels
  • Last 7 days: Conversations from the past seven days
  • Messages: The messages your AI sent
  • Average conversation duration: How long chats take on average
Below that, you’ll find a list of your customer messages and conversations.

Open a conversation

Click a conversation in the list to open the detail view.

What you’ll find in conversation details

  • Message panel (right): Read through the full conversation.
  • Conversation details (left): See key metadata (e.g., channel, timestamps, duration).
  • Extracted variables: If you enabled variables on your assistant, you can see which variables were extracted from the chat.
