In Connectors, you can connect different communication channels to your assistant.

1. Open Connectors and create your first connector

  1. Go to Connectors.
  2. Click to create your first connector.
  3. Choose a channel (for example Web Widget or WhatsApp; Messenger may be added as an additional option).

2. Select channel and assign assistant

  1. Select Web Widget (highlighted in blue) and click Next.
  2. Assign the assistant you want to use for this connector.

3. Configure widget and create connector

  1. In widget configuration, adjust your Web Widget settings.
  2. Click Create connector.

4. Use embed code on your website

After creation, copy the embed code and paste it into your website. You can also create multiple Web Widgets for different sections of your site.
