Missing API Key Error
Problem:missing api_key location_id or calendar_id for GoHighLevel
Solution:
- Go to Assistant Prompt & Tools
- Navigate to Appointment Scheduling
- Click Disconnect
- Click Connect again to re-authorize
- Select a calendar from the dropdown
- Click Save
- Confirm the connection remains active
Connection Problems
OAuth Authorization Fails:- Try incognito mode
- Verify correct GoHighLevel account selection
- Confirm admin permissions
Calendar Not Appearing
Calendars do not show in assistant settings:- Disconnect and reconnect integration
