What you can see in the calls list

At the top, you’ll see quick stats such as:
  • Total calls: How many calls have run through your AI
  • Objective accomplished: Whether campaign goals were reached
  • Average call duration: The average length of your calls
Below that, you’ll find the full list of calls including status, duration, assistant, campaign, date, and cost.

Open call details

Click a call in the list to open the detail view.

What you’ll find in call details

  • Call recording: Listen to the call. You can also turn playback off.
  • Transcript: Read the full conversation as text and copy or download it.
  • Call info: See details like type, status, duration, client phone number, assistant phone number, and carrier cost.
  • Input variables: Variables passed before the call.
  • Extracted variables: Variables extracted after the call.
  • Post-call webhook: If you connected an outbound webhook, you’ll see delivery details and the HTTP response (and can re-send it).
