What you can see in the calls list
At the top, you’ll see quick stats such as:- Total calls: How many calls have run through your AI
- Objective accomplished: Whether campaign goals were reached
- Average call duration: The average length of your calls
Open call details
Click a call in the list to open the detail view.
What you’ll find in call details
- Call recording: Listen to the call. You can also turn playback off.
- Transcript: Read the full conversation as text and copy or download it.
- Call info: See details like type, status, duration, client phone number, assistant phone number, and carrier cost.
- Input variables: Variables passed before the call.
- Extracted variables: Variables extracted after the call.
- Post-call webhook: If you connected an outbound webhook, you’ll see delivery details and the HTTP response (and can re-send it).
