The Kanban view is a board view for your leads. It groups all leads into status columns so you can follow in real time how your AI is progressing. You can also move leads between columns manually.

Open the Kanban view

  1. Open Leads in the left navigation.
  2. Click Kanban view (purple, top right).

Move leads manually

You can drag and drop leads into another status column.
  • Completed: If you called a lead yourself, move it to “Completed” so the AI won’t call it again.
  • Blacklisted: If a lead should not be contacted (e.g. spam/unfriendly), move it to “Blacklisted”.
