You can test your assistant in two ways: free in the editor or as a live call.
1. Free test in the assistant editor
- Open your assistant in Edit mode.
- Scroll to the top and click the light-blue Test Assistant button.
- A panel opens on the right where you can test your assistant behavior in detail.
This editor test does not consume balance.
2. Live call test
If you want a real call test, you can start:
- A web call
- A direct phone call
This test does consume balance because it is handled like a normal call.
Live calls are billed per second and count as a full call.
