If you already created a WhatsApp sender, you can edit how your WhatsApp Business profile appears directly in Famulor.
1. Open your sender
- In Famulor, open WhatsApp Senders.
- Make sure your WhatsApp Business profile is already connected.
- Scroll to the right in the sender row and click Edit.
If your sender is not connected yet, first complete the setup flow in the WhatsApp setup guides.
2. Edit the business profile section
Scroll down to Business Profile and update:
- Description
- Business address
- Business category
3. Update branding
In the branding area, you can set:
You can add important profile links such as:
- Privacy policy URL
- Terms and conditions URL
- Additional public URLs
Complete your profile with:
- Website
- Contact information (for example email, phone, or other business contact fields)
After saving, these details are shown in your WhatsApp Business profile so customers can see your business information directly in WhatsApp.
