1. Open your sender
- In Famulor, open WhatsApp Senders.
- Make sure your WhatsApp Business profile is already connected.
- Scroll to the right in the sender row and click Edit.
2. Edit the business profile section
Scroll down to Business Profile and update:- Description
- Business address
- Business category
3. Update branding
In the branding area, you can set:- Logo
- Banner
- Brand color
4. Add links and legal information
You can add important profile links such as:- Privacy policy URL
- Terms and conditions URL
- Additional public URLs
5. Add website and contact details
Complete your profile with:- Website
- Contact information (for example email, phone, or other business contact fields)
