Set it up
- Open the assistant → Prompt & Tools.
- In Standard tools, turn on End call so the tool is selected (highlighted).
- A configuration panel opens below.
- In the when the assistant may end the call field, describe the conditions in as much detail as possible — the clearer your rules, the more reliably the behavior matches what you want.
What to write
You are defining under which circumstances the AI is allowed to hang up. Examples:- Simple: End the call when all questions are answered and the caller no longer needs help.
- More detailed: Also allow ending when an appointment was successfully booked, when the caller clearly says goodbye, or when the conversation is clearly finished.
