AgentMail gives the assistant a dedicated inbox. Mail that arrives there gets an automatic reply from that same address. The thread stays in History. There is no draft mode.

When to use it

Use it when the assistant should have its own address, separate from a personal Gmail or Outlook mailbox. A new connection starts with the account’s newest inbox. Replies go out from the address you select under Inbox.

What the assistant hears

The assistant reads mail in the inbox you select. It can open the full message, including attachment names, and list earlier messages in the same thread. Those reads stay off until you enable them. They do not change the mailbox. Famulor receives new items from the provider as they arrive. You do not copy a webhook URL into the provider.

Where you sign in

You do not paste a bot token or an app secret. Famulor opens the provider’s own sign-in. Use the account that owns the mailbox, the page, or the help desk. Sign in to the AgentMail account when Famulor opens that screen. The connection list shows the chosen address under the connection name, for example support@agentmail.to.

Connect it in Famulor

Turn on Beta Features under Settings → Workspace. The card stays hidden until that switch is on. Your plan still has to include the channel. Open Settings → Channels, choose the card, enter a display name and pick an assistant. The form says you will be redirected to sign in and grant access. Choose Connect AgentMail. Approve the account that should own the inbox, page, or help desk, then return to Famulor. The shared conversation settings — response delay (default 5 seconds) and inactivity timeout (default 30 minutes) — are described on the messaging channels page.

What you can turn on

Choose the inbox under Inbox. There is no separate extra action that edits mail. Enabling the read tools lets the assistant fetch the full message and the thread history when the short preview is not enough.

History

Open History and filter by AgentMail. The thread, the assistant reply and any analysis appear there. You can pause the assistant and answer manually.
